Growth Skills for Scaling E-commerce Brands.

Each skill carries one piece of the craft we use with our clients, and runs on your own data inside your own Claude. Every skill runs on what your Claude is already connected to, with or without a Growth Brain.

The skills

The skill set

The skills cover the work a growth team repeats every week and every month: finding out why a number moved, reviewing the month, auditing landing pages, planning a trading peak, and planning and recording the work itself.

Analysis

Find out what moved, and why.

2 live · 0 coming
  • /review-month

Your month in one deck: trading, acquisition, retention and order value, each with what it means. It opens on last month's actions and closes on next month's three priorities.

    Live
  • /diagnose-performance

Find out why a number moved, and what to do about it. It splits the change into the levers that build it, names the main driver and drills into it by channel, product or customer group.

    Live

Conversion

Find where your site lets your traffic down.

1 live · 0 coming
  • /audit-landing-pages

Find the pages that let your traffic down, and what to fix. It scores a page against sixty checks across six ingredients and hands back the findings, the quick wins and a test backlog.

Capture

Write down what you learn, decide and hear, so next quarter starts from it.

0 live · 3 coming
  • /capture-learning

Turn a test result or a piece of research into a claim, rated on the evidence behind it. New evidence updates the claim already there instead of filing a duplicate.

    Coming soon
  • /capture-insight

Turn reviews, interviews and survey answers into customer quotes your team can reach for. Each theme keeps the customer's own words and where they came from.

    Coming soon
  • /capture-decision

Record what you chose and what it rules out, so it binds the people who weren't in the room. A new choice supersedes the old one rather than overwriting it, so the history survives.

Planning

Plan the peaks, then plan the work as a waterfall: initiatives into projects, projects into tasks.

1 live · 4 coming
  • /plan-black-friday

Plan Black Friday and the run to Christmas from the last two years' numbers. It tests your targets against what each of those two peaks achieved, then takes you through offer, products and marketing one question at a time.

    Live
  • /to-initiative

Turn the quarter's plan into initiatives, each with a goal, an owner and the reasoning behind it. It's the top of the waterfall: whoever scopes the work below starts from why it matters.

    Coming soon
  • /to-project

Cut an initiative into smaller projects, and scope each one: the questions, the decisions and the due date, on one page. It interviews you one question at a time, with a recommendation for each.

    Coming soon
  • /to-tasks

Cut a project into tasks, each marked for Claude or a person, with what blocks it and when it's due. Due dates work back from the project's own.

    Coming soon
  • /retro

Run the retrospective: what worked, what didn't and what to change. It writes the answers into your record, so the next round of planning starts from them.

    Coming soon

Execution

Get the work done, from the context you've built.

0 live · 1 coming
  • /do-task

Build one task from its project's context to a draft, ready for a person to sign off. It drafts and never launches: nothing goes live until someone says so.

Your own data

Open source, built for your own data

The skills are free to install and free to read on GitHub. They run on whatever your Claude is connected to, but they're built for a Crux Growth Brain: a Claude connector that answers from your own warehouse, with your orders, marketing and customers in one place. With it, every skill reads your numbers, defined once, and answers in your own definitions.

We build each Growth Brain on the brand's own data. To see what one would read for yours, book a call. Something not working? Email [email protected] with what you were doing and what Claude said back, which is almost always enough to spot it.
